The kit comes with a new crush washer and the filter has the gasket already fitted. My 2008 GSA with 48,000 miles is running like a top again.
I saw someone else had the same issue. Part shown, shipping options provided, no mention that it is NOT in stock and that they had to order from supplier. A part that I thought I would have in 3-5 days I got in 3+ weeks. They should be more upfront on their website for parts that require ordering time.
It too more time to get the bike and tools ready than the actual install. The actual install too 10-15 min. It fit perfectly which was not always the case in the reviews I read from some ebay and amazon versions.
More expensive, but looks and fits like OEM.
