I can’t review the brake pads themselves yet because I just received them. I can, however, review the purchasing experience.
I placed this order on June 2 because the brake pads were listed as in stock and gave every indication they were available to ship. They did not arrive until July 13, more than five weeks later.
I also placed a separate order for a fender eliminator on June 2. It was also listed as in stock, and at the time of writing this review I still have not received it.
Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Phone calls were never answered, responses to messages were slow, and I was told the order had shipped long before there was any meaningful tracking information available.
If these items were actually backordered, that should have been clearly disclosed before the order was placed. Listing products as in stock when they are not available to ship prevents customers from making informed purchasing decisions.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this dealer if you need parts within a reasonable time or expect responsive customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again.
