The parts department's customer service is excellent. Installation was super easy and the part fit perfectly. A was a little alarmed when my product proved to be out of stock, after I ordered. I was on a VERY long cross country trip, and had only one week planned in the shipping destination I had chosen. Lane, Tim and Adam teamed up to take care of me. They successfully estimated the arrival time, and shipping time, and had my item delivered to a friend's place that I was able to get to once it arrived. Lots of moving parts, crisis averted.

The item was not in stock. Took 10 days for Sierra to get the item from Bakup and then another nine days to ship it from Nevada to Colorado. I could have ordered the item from Bakup and had it in four days. Not to mention that my credit card was charged the day I ordered it.
