Great price great service

Oil Change

The kit comes with a new crush washer and the filter has the gasket already fitted. My 2008 GSA with 48,000 miles is running like a top again.

Everything I needed for oil change... just a little pricey

Arrived in a reasonable time. Sierra is very pricey.

VStream Windshield

Very Satisfied with product .
Clarity very good.
A small but acceptable amount of Wind-Flo around shoulders compared to OEM Sport Touring shield which was surprising.
Seemed a little bit more flexible/shaky at top of windshield.under speed.
Decided to order recommended wash and protector-ant products and found them a bit pricey.
Glad I went with Sport Touring option at 6-2 it is great view over top in low position and good height at high position.
Have not rode it in rain yet.

Poor communication

Placed an order that said in stock not only was it not in stock it took over a month to recieve and didn’t even get the curtiousness of an email to inform about when I would recieve it

Hornig Inner bags

Even though Sierra BMW is on the other side of the country I have placed multiple orders with them and have been very pleased with the service. The Hornig Bags fit well and expand to support the variable configuration of a R13RT. The Hornig bags are a better fit than the OEM bags and cost less. The only thing you should be aware of is the OEM bags come with a shoulder strap and the Hornig come with handles only.
