Sent me the wrong size washer for the specific model bike the kit is advertised for. Emailed customer service and they never responded.

Good value

Good value BUT the shipping is a little too slow (2 weeks), they did not consider the model of my bike and sent me an oil filter to a different model (a little larger). No biggie, it's still usable but it would have been nicer to get the appropriate one.
