Website said its in stock but had to backorder. Took 3 weeks to receive the helmet. Little communication and updates, and had to call every week for an update. It does get ship very quickly when they do have the product in.

Exceptional Improvement in Braking and Front-End Control

I recently had the Touratech Fork Cartridge Kit installed on my BMW F850 GSA by Sierra BMW Motorrad. After the installation, I rode the motorcycle approximately 160 miles from Anchorage to Kenai and was immediately impressed by the improvement in front-end performance.
The most convincing test occurred just outside Cooper Landing, when a tourist unexpectedly came to a complete stop on Alaska Highway 1. I had to brake hard enough to engage the ABS. Despite the aggressive braking, front-fork dive was remarkably minimal, and the motorcycle remained composed, stable, and predictable throughout the stop.
The cartridge kit provides a substantial improvement in damping control, braking stability, and overall confidence. This is not merely a subtle suspension refinement—it materially changes how the motorcycle responds under demanding conditions.
The Touratech cartridge was absolutely worth the purchase price. I am also very pleased with the installation performed by The Bike Shop in Anchorage, AK and would confidently recommend both the product and the dealership Sierra BMW Sparks, NV.
