An essential part of my helmet, my Pinlock EVO inserts are indispensable in keeping my view clear and my ride safe, especially with the often radical changes in temperature. They were out of stock in many places, so I appreciate being able to buy one from you. Having one installed in each of my visors is a big time saver.

This item came and was well packed and came in a few days after it was shipped

There was no indication that this item was not stocked. Factory lead time ended up being over 2 months. Poor communication and lack of accountability on the matter from customer service.

It took 2 months for my pinkock to arrive and when I did get it was damaged.

Product is great. They were on back order forever. Not the companies fault. Always responsive when they I reached out
