BMW Motorcycles R1300 Boxer Oil Change Kit

I've been buying oil change kits and many other items from Sierra for a couple of years and enjoy shopping here. Last week I ordered an oil change kit for my brand new R1300 GS and received it today. Unpacking I noticed there is no o-ring for the filter cover included. Checking the invoice and the website listing for this kit, it was confirmed that no o-ring is included with the kit. The kit contains the oil, the oil filter, the two crush rings for the drain plugs but NO o-ring for the oil filter cover. So clearly my mistake, but it is simply utterly stupid to sell an "oil change kit" and leave out the last critical component to do the actual oil change. I mean WTH?
