More than five weeks for an “In Stock” item

I can’t review the brake pads themselves yet because I just received them. I can, however, review the purchasing experience.

I placed this order on June 2 because the brake pads were listed as in stock and gave every indication they were available to ship. They did not arrive until July 13, more than five weeks later.

I also placed a separate order for a fender eliminator on June 2. It was also listed as in stock, and at the time of writing this review I still have not received it.

Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Phone calls were never answered, responses to messages were slow, and I was told the order had shipped long before there was any meaningful tracking information available.

If these items were actually backordered, that should have been clearly disclosed before the order was placed. Listing products as in stock when they are not available to ship prevents customers from making informed purchasing decisions.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this dealer if you need parts within a reasonable time or expect responsive customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again.

BMW TURN SIGNAL LENS

I ordered an turn signal lens for my BMW F900R back in February and still haven't received it. I called,texted, and emailed them about it only to get ignored. I even asked for my refund.

Worth the Wait

Schuberth has been out of these shield for some time. I ordered from Sierra because they accepted the back order. When their stock arrived, they shipped and I appreciated that as I was on a back-country motorcycle trip. Thanks!!!!

Shipping took a little bit of time, but upon arrival, easy installation and good tough quality, price was also good.

Weird experience

Placed the order weeks (months?)ago. I called to find get status on this, and two bmw roundels I ordered. Guy who answered said everything was late or on back order and to call back in a couple of weeks if I wanted to check status again. Shirt finally arrived, and it’s pretty good, roundels never did. Maybe they will show up in the future but I doubt this company cares- the guy I talked to certainly didn’t.
