I haven’t had much time to use the gps yet, but it is a big upgrade from the previous one I had, the 396. I got a better deal on the gps from Sierra than anywhere else I had looked. When it did ship for a week after I ordered it, I emailed Sierra and they were out of the unit but would send it as quickly as possible when they got one in later that week. And they did. Great communication and customer service, thank you!
