My first Klim Jacket, and it is built like a tank. Great quality! Usually I wear an XL from most other manufacturers, but in Klim the large fits perfect. 5' 10" 195lbs. Customer service from Sierra was wonderful, I will not hesitate to buy from them again.
the lifetime of the battery is relatively short. The plastic tab that is necessary to remove the battery from the helmet crinkles over time a pair of tweezers helps.
I bought the aluminum black pannier set from Sierra BMW. Wasn’t in stock so I thought it was really gonna be a wait. They not only got them for me very quickly but, also keyed them for me and sent them out to me really fast. Really great guys to talk to on the phone with questions as well. I’m really satisfied with my purchases from them. The panniers are fantastic additions and the store is really great to deal with.
