Made completely of impact resistant plastic and finished in matte grey metallic, the touring cases have a 63 liter total volume (right approximately 31 liters, left approximately 32) and both sides can hold one full face helmet. A wide shelf bottom makes for easier loading and weight capacity is 22 lbs per case.

Products are as expected. Communication and shipping times were poor. Order took 6 weeks to fill. No communication from your people except for my inquiries.

I ordered cases… got cases… the ones I ordered… they fit on the bike that I ordered them for. Came in a larger brown box shipped to the address I entered when I ordered them. I’m leaving this review because they sent me an email asking for a review. About the cases that I ordered and received. I’m sure if you too ordered cases you would get your cases…….. Cases…

Garmin Zumo XT2

I haven’t had much time to use the gps yet, but it is a big upgrade from the previous one I had, the 396. I got a better deal on the gps from Sierra than anywhere else I had looked. When it did ship for a week after I ordered it, I emailed Sierra and they were out of the unit but would send it as quickly as possible when they got one in later that week. And they did. Great communication and customer service, thank you!

Back ordered - no biggie. Arrived scratched

I ordered these at the end of June and they arrived a little over a month later. After two weeks, I called and was told they were back ordered and had to be shipped from Germany. Once they arrived, I noticed they came shipped in bubble wrap and no box from SW Moto. I noticed a small scratch on one of the bars that must have occurred during shipping. Disappointing but will look great on my bike.

Wow!!! Ridiculously bright reflection

Follow the instructions. To the T. Also they are serious about the patience part. I learnt that the hard way. Messed up the first box corner. Then re-read the instructions. After that easy-peasy.

These stickers are worth every penny. They look great during the day. That is if you can see them. Then they are brilliant at night. I have seen cars and trucks back off when I wiggle a little or stop at a light.

Delayed delivery

The item was listed on the website as In Stock. Ordered and heard nothing for nearly 3 weeks. Sent an email inquiry but received no reply. Called and spoke to someone who said they'd check and get back to me. Pleasantly surprised they did (bumping this from 2 stars to 3), and was told the supplier was waiting on a shipment to come in, probably in 3 weeks. Not my definition of In Stock. Item arrived approximately 2 weeks later.
