If you don't have a product listed on your website, it should be listed as out of stock or back order. Once I placed the order, a reply telling me the air filter was out of stock and anticipated shipment date would have been helpful. I ordered and waited 3 days on some kind of notification. Crickets. I emailed to inquire. Crickets. Finally called to find out that you had to order the filter.
