I ordered from Sierra BMW on 4/29/2026. I emailed, called, and even sent text messages more times than I can count just to get a status update. At least a month went by with no response. No shipping confirmation. No info the order was delayed or on back order—-nothing. When the company finally responded, it was to say my item was on back order. On 7/13/2026, my item was finally delivered. Ridiculous company. Will never do business with them again.

My part was on backorder. Notifications regarding my order status until the part arrived were excellent.
