The install is so easy in the C5. It connects to my iPhone and Garmin Zumo XT quickly. I had a Cardo Packtalk Bold with upgraded JBL speakers in my previous Nolan N 100-5 and was familiar with the voice commands. This unit sounds just as good, maybe better. The BT 5.2 is a nice upgrade, the SC Edge stays connected when I walk away from my bike. The Packtalk bold would sign off with Goodbye before shutting off, the SC Edge plays a tone and give battery level - so I find myself double checking the unit is shutoff.

Easy to install and put to use. I like how it integrates so well with my E2. Its low profile makes it look like part of the helmet rather than an additional attached item. Less likely to get damaged or knocked off.

Good quality sound and integrates perfectly in my Schuberth E2 helmet.

For this purchase it appears that Sierra was just a middleman in the process. Very little communication and when checking the status the response was waiting on the item to come in. From time of purchase to receiving item was almost one month. Would have gone somewhere else.
