Great price, and quick shipping.

This is my second cardo unit for my partners helmet. System works great and is easy to install and operate.

Sierra's purchase process and shipping was crazy fast. The only item I might improve is shipping notification. I did not receive any indication the purchase was on on its way, or provided a tracking number. I received the unit in just a couple of days, so notification was kinda moot at that point!

I live in Washington State and have a friend in the California Siera Foothills. We both ride vintage Airhead's. I picked up the phone to call Sierra BMW thinking their shop was near my friend as I wanted to gift my friend with some tires for his bike. I came to find out that Siera BMW is in Nevada. I guess I liked the guy on the phone so I ordered the tires for my friend and had them delivered to his house. I received a call from my friend when the tires arrived at his house. Delivery was prompt and the people at Siera BMW where great on the phone. Good folks! Thank you!

Quick shipment, but only minimal packaging

I ordered a new battery online and it showed up quickly, but I it had been dropped on one corner in only the one outer box (which shows all the hazard labels). There is no cushioning in this packaging. The battery was physically deformed on one corner as a result of the impact, but not to the point that I felt the battery unusable. Battery seems fine, but only time will tell if the battery lives a normal life.
