Let me first say that I have purchased several items from Sierra BMW over the years with very good results. However, my last purchase of an Oil Change Kit for my 2024 BMW R1250GSA didn't go as well. I received everything that I ordered in a well packed package and at a good price. However, it took way too long for the order to be shipped and eventually arrive at my address. I placed the order on 2/16, it wasn't shipped until 2/25, and was finally received on 3/2/26. When I called to find out why it was taking so long to ship, I was told the oil filter wasn't in stock and they were waiting for a new shipment to arrive. It would have been good to know on the front-end that the item was out of stock before I place the order. Good thing it was only an oil change and not a needed part.

How nice to be able to order everything I need for an oil change on my 2013 R1200GS and have it shipped to my house in 3 days. With this kit to replenish my oil and motoscan to reset the service reminder I was back on the road in no time.

Good value BUT the shipping is a little too slow (2 weeks), they did not consider the model of my bike and sent me an oil filter to a different model (a little larger). No biggie, it's still usable but it would have been nicer to get the appropriate one.
