They used to have great customer service but now they don’t reply to customer service email.

Perfect seat

I ordered the comfort low seat because I had the high seat that came with the bike and it was too high for me. The low seat makes my rides much better and is comfortable. And Sierra BMW shipped it so quickly too. Great experience with them!

It's nice but it isn't mirrored

It's a darker shield from their smoked model. I've seen mirrored face shields and this one isn't. I'll keep it as it'll be fine for my purposes.

Not a great experience.

I ordered the face shield and a new pinlock shield from Sierra. Weeks went by and I began a series of emails and phone calls to inquire about the order. After several MONTHS, the items showed up. Hurrah! Patience pays off. Not quite, the shield was not the size I ordered. So, screw it. I've got more important things to do with my time than to get back on this merry-go-round. I am not assigning full blame on Sierra, just telling my experience.

Item was great. Service was not

I had to continuously follow up on this item. Ordered mid April received mid July. I ud3rstand things get back ordered but no follow up. No one advised me it was back ordered until I asked.

Nice shifter adapter.

This item really enhances the shifting on my motorcycle.

Who’s got the power

Great price on a great product, needed a battery , have done business with Sierra in past. Put in my order and waited .. there was no communication is my only concern, kept me from hitting the 5th star. After about 7 days I tracked down phone number and called , was told my battery shipped and received a tracking number , 4 days later battery was on my door step … up to that point I was powerless … 🫤
