Was not sent with rest of order
I had a great experience. I had ordered 2 items and unfortunately one of them was not actually in stock. It turned out that it was discontinued so another could not even be ordered to replace it.
They notified me with an actual phone call which was a welcomed surprise in this day and age. They had a number of suggested replacements to offer me as well.
I ended up declining a replacement and they promptly refunded my money and shipped the other item without delay.
Things don't always go as planned but to me how a business handles these situations is very important to me and I was impressed with the service I received.
Just a comment on the instructions that come with the top case. They are pretty basic and not descriptive enough (for me anyway) to easily install on the bike and the lock for the tumbler. Perhaps this is an individual issue but if you have more feedback related to this phenomena, best to let BMW know they need to improve their instructions on what to do (and not do).
Installed one side but the lower hole wouldn't line up quite enough. Lower hole offset about .5mm off. This contributed to the bolt not threading quite right and shaving some of the threads off mounting bracket. Going to drill hole a little larger to allow screw to grab what threads are left. Sierra is great shop. This bracket not the quality for the $$$.
