I purchased a new BMW Motorrad Jacket in black. When I received the jacket it looked navy blue next to the black garment bag it comes with. I called to ask if the jacket comes in blue and maybe I received the wrong color. This jacket only comes in black.
They had no problem sending me another jacket to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

I have a 07 f650gs single cylinder and the fender extension I received was for the twin cylinder f650gs. The fender extension I received does not look like the one pictured above. I have emailed twice on how to rectify the problem and have received no response.
