BMW ConnectedRide Cradle Repair Kit

Let me start by saying that the BMW connected ride cradle is poorly designed and there are countless instances on the internet of people breaking this specific piece. I have used this less than 15-20 times and I could see the writing on the wall. But, that being said, the fact that BMW does offer a repair/replacement kit is a plus. otherwise my $249 Navigator unit would have been junk.
