I ordered the face shield and a new pinlock shield from Sierra. Weeks went by and I began a series of emails and phone calls to inquire about the order. After several MONTHS, the items showed up. Hurrah! Patience pays off. Not quite, the shield was not the size I ordered. So, screw it. I've got more important things to do with my time than to get back on this merry-go-round. I am not assigning full blame on Sierra, just telling my experience.
